There's about a million wonderful things I could tell you about this apartment complex.
First off, the apartments are larger, with floorplans that ACTUALLY FLOW WELL! Not only do they flow well, but they have HUGE windows and patio doors, that allow you to get as much (or as little!) daytime natural light inside. They have HUGE walk in closets, and probably the BEST AC/Heating Air Flow System in existence. Dead serious.

I have loved living here. The community is great everyone is really friendly especially the staff. My mother and daughter live with me and I chose this place for us because it’s safe. You have your home door camera as well as security for the property. I do see them frequent at night so it’s reassuring. I have not had many maintenance issues but, when I have had a couple they came very quickly within an hour. The maintenance team is also very respectful and work at a fast pace. The have so many amenities and they really are the best I’m in the 2nd building so I have the bigger gym next to me and my daughter goes with me and plays on the rock climbing wall. When nobody is using the basketball court her and I will also play in there. It’s way better than going to VASA. With the amenities they do have meeting rooms and really beautiful lounge areas also the outside area around is nice. Being said I did do my graduation pictures here and business pictures. The buildings and amenities are always kept clean and smell good. For holidays the staff do special things like events/food that’s really fun. During warmer days they do have live entertainment as well as food trucks on Wednesdays and there’s always about 5 trucks minimum. The location is next to a mall, food places, and a track station. Sometimes I’ll take the tracks to downtown which I’ve never done til I lived here for things like Comic-Con, pride, etc. also granger medical is just a couple minutes of a walk. I’ll go there for urgent care. The apartment itself is pretty big I love the smart home features. Valet trash is also nice to have. I was actually going to extend my lease however, I have more family to take care of. I do plan on moving back once my situation changes. For me there’s no cons living here.

My boyfriend and I love living here! From day one, we have always felt like it’s a great community. The office staff is also always super friendly whenever you see them. We don’t have any pets ourselves, but we love seeing all the dogs around the community. It’s a very friendly place.
In terms of pricing, we initially saw tons of reviews about how expensive it is to live here. We completely disagree with those comments! We think the price is great, especially for all the amenities that both buildings offer. The gym in building two is amazing and we love the pool in building one. We feel very secure with the security systems of the building and our unit. We love that there is an indoor parking garage as well! We did A LOT of searching for apartments and with all the amenities (plus how nice and luxurious everything looks) we honestly think you aren’t going to get anything else for the price that is offered at
It’s right next to I-215 so easy access to malls, downtown, and the canyons. We feel it’s a very centralized location and personally love all of the restaurants around the area.
